MMC Pot Still Malt is crafted from an AMBA approved non-Glycosidic Nitrile (GN) barley variety, specifically optimized for all-malt or high-malt distillation applications. It is designed to provide consistent performance and exceptional results, while simultaneously reducing the formulation of ethyl carbamate.
