Bad Weather Brewing Company

We use Malteurop’s Munich malt in our hoppy ales such as our Hopcromancer IPA and our darker maltier beers. We like this Munich because it has a great flavor, is not too sweet and produces good extract. It has a slightly darker color and gives us the color we like with less need for Caramel or Crystal malts.
