Eagle Park Brewing

We use Malteurop Malting Companies Dextrin malt for many different styles of beer; Hazy IPA’s, Lagers, Porters, Sours and Stouts. We love the super light color and smooth mouthfeel that the MMC Dextrin helps to build in our beers. In addition it helps with our mash efficiency and a smooth lauter. This has become a staple in our Hazy IPA’s as well as our Stouts because they both require building a full mouthfeel. A lot of Dextrins in the market tend to add color to our lighter color beers and found that this adds little to no color when using lighter malts like Pilsen.
